Trainer Spawner
A standalone trainer challenge that is not linked to a Gym Controller. The owner right-clicks once to save a copy of their current party, then right-clicks again to spawn that trainer. After a defeat, the configurable standalone cooldown must expire before another battle.
Gym Trainer Spawner
The standard gym spawner. Its owner right-clicks once to save a copy of their current party; a later right-click spawns the trainer for a challenge. The block emits redstone after the trainer is defeated and stays latched until the gym resets.
Saving your team
Only the block owner can normally save a party. Right-clicking an unconfigured spawner copies every Pokémon currently in the owner's Cobblemon party. To replace the team, use the Reset Wand, then right-click again. If the trainer has already been defeated and despawned, complete the spawner's normal gym or cooldown reset first.
Locked Gym Trainer Spawner
Like the Gym Trainer Spawner, but a configured trainer can spawn only while the block is receiving redstone power — it relocks as soon as the power is removed. Team visibility follows the spawner's Show Team Preview setting; the team is not inherently hidden.
Gym Leader Spawner
A Gym Leader Spawner uses the same redstone gate as a Locked Gym Trainer Spawner: keep redstone power applied, then right-click the configured spawner to spawn its trainer. Its AI difficulty is configurable and defaults to Normal. It is intended for final gym battles or boss encounters.
